Hi Guys and Gals,
Just wanted to give the board a short intro about myself. I am not having any debt issues at present. Almost had a problem about two years ago with credit cards so I transferred all of them to a consolidation card and destroyed the cards. Now at present I do not use any credit cards only debit cards. I have some exp. working with collection agencies. One was good,one was horrible. The horrible one was for a friend. They basically terrorized him while I was in high school.
I found out about it and went postal on them useless excuse for stealing my oxygen.The guy I helped was on social security disability with a heart condition. Once I informed them they could take $5.00 a month until paid or I would sue for physical and psy. damages,they were more than happy not to want to hear from me again.
I am from the state of Louisiana and am familar with our french code and laws. I am willing to help anyone to get control over their finances when time from work can be spared. Yall have a good day and I'll keep in touch.

Hey, I am from Louisiana but our state sucks in terms of helping us with the pdls. I contacted the Office of Financial Affairs to get help with these internet loans and they told me there was nothing that they could do and that I need to consult an attorney. I am disappointed with this state. So I have to fight the PDLS alone.

Alexandra - I'm sorry your state government has not been more helpful with your PDL situation. Unfortunately, not all states have realized the enormity of the PDL industry and the damage it is doing to consumers...taxpaying consumers....who VOTE. Utah is another very consumer-UNfriendly state when it comes to PDL's - basically no protection at all for the consumer.
Please keep us posted on your progress - I read in another of your posts that you had just paid one PDL off - so you're on the road to freedom soon!
