don't do it

I signed up with HK 6 months ago. They've done
nothing. They say they have contacted all of my
creditors. All of them say they've heard nothing.
I was told I would be faxed copies of all the
letters. The fax never came. I was told they would
be mailed. They never came. I asked if I could have
copies of creditor replies and was told they don't
keep them, they reject them and throw them away.
That is a good indicator. Anyone legit would keep
all correspondance. They say they will settle for
55% of debt which by now (6 months) is the original balance and my credit is negatively impacted which they say they can rectify, but I have been told by everyone including the bureaus that that can not happen. I am pursuing a class action suit. I will keep you posted.
