Has anyone had trouble with a company called Cash Advance Now, even after you have paid off the payday loan. I paid them off in September 2006 and today I recieved a phone call by someone from Capital Collections claiming I owe them money.

Make Capitol Collections prove you owe the debt in question. Send them a debt validation letter certified mail with return receipt. Obviously since you paid them off in September you owe nothing.
