I too have many payday loans that I just cannot pay. Can you tell me how to get in touch with T&C?

Hello svdm20, since you have registered with the site a credit counselor will be contacting you shortly to discuss your situation.
Just know you have come to the right place and you are not alone when it comes to the PDL battle, I myself had to battle 16 PDL's. Why don't you tell us a little bit more about your situation. Are you dealing with store front or online lenders? Also what state are you in? Each state has different laws in how PDL's are supposed to operate and what fees they are to be charging.

I have 5 payday loans that total over $2000. There are 3 storefront stores, Cash ASAP, The Cash Store and Avance America and 2 internet, VIP Cash and AmeriCash. I live In Illinois. I have seen T&C mentioned many times as a company that could possible help with these loans. Do you know how I can contact them? Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have the T&C number. Do an online search and you may find their website.

Among all the loan places, pay most importance to the storefront lenders. They usually follow the laws and will be quick enough to take you to the court. In case you have already defaulted, call them and explain your situation. You need to get some arrangement done before they decide anything legal in your case. Pay them first. Many IPDL companies don't follow the laws of the borrower's state because they don't do a licensed business. If the companies you are dealing with have the same story, they can wait for some more time.

Go through your state laws and compare your contract signed with the loan company. You must be confirmed of dealing with a loan place following your state laws.
