Debt settlement company for my credit card debts

A consultant is already referred by this website for the free quote. Take his advice and get a quote that you can afford. Read the contract thoroughly before signing up with the settlement company.

Also please check out any company that you plan on doing business with to see what their record is. Call your AG office and see if they have complaints. Check BBB also. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

What ever you do, make sure you do all the research on the company you are going to go with for debt settlement. I hooked up with a company called Mezey & Associates. Their web site makes it appear that they are lawyers. I'm not sure about that. I've sunk over $6k into payments to them. They won't even begin any negotiations with your creditors until all of their fees are paid. At this point, I'm looking at a lawsuit from one credit card. The paperwork they send you to forward to your creditors isn't even worth wiping your a** with. I sought a real lawyer who just laughed at the papers they give you. Don't make the same mistake that myself and countless others have made. Steer clear of Mezey, and by all means, contact the BBB or Attorney General to find a reputable company. I sure wish I had.
