Take the free credit counseling and know about the repayments you can afford at your present situation. The consultant will do some budgeting so that you can make larger payments to your debts. If you are unable to manage all the payments together, pay the credit card debts. Student loans can wait for a while. Call the lenders and ask for forbearance. Discuss about the interests that will be charged during the forbearance.
