I\'m in way over my head. Because of my debts, I\'m practically homeless and unable to rent a decent place to live. However, I do have my job. But, because I have several payday loans, some of which I have not been able to pay and they\'re calling my employer, I\'m afraid of losing my job.

Please help!!!

Welcome to the forums. You can go to http://www.paydayloaninfo.org and check out your state laws on payday lending. In many states payday loans are ILLEGAL and the consumers dont know it. They take these loans over the internet and are not aware of this fact. Any more questions fire away... Which ones are you dealing with? KYSIDE38
