ive been ripped off

i applied for a loan in october and supposedly was given 65.00 dollars never saw it on my bank statement since then i have had these people who ive never heard from since take 95.00 dollars out of my every other week paycheck for alosy 65.00 and cant find them this is the first search that ive found them i am going to consumer reports in washington dc if they take one more dime off of me i cant believe they are this cheap and thieves help me
