 Hi,
I am new to this site, and am just amazed reading every one else' testimonials. I am trying so hard to get my credit cleaned up, that I have joined credit keeper to monitor it. Problem is, I see things on there that I have no clue who I owe the money to, or what the monies are even for. Does anyone know what I would do @ this point? I know that I need to dispute, but looking @ the form that needs filled out, it asks who the creditor is. Can anyone help-my husband has really great credit, and I bring him down!!!!! HOW EMBARRASSING!
Thank you

Hi and welcome to the forums! When you are trying to remember the creditors you owe money to are you referring to payday loans or credit cards? Are you able to search your computer's history to maybe find the names of the PDLs if thats what they are?

Don't be embarrassed about the bad credit. Everyone on here has had the same sorts of credit problems in some form or another. You are trying to do something about it and that's what counts.

A debt counselor will be calling you soon and you can discuss the situation then as well. Good luck and keep posting.

When you file a dispute in the credit bureau website, there are other options also according to the type of dispute you want to file.

If you are unable to find the answer of your problem, send a letter by US certified mail explaining your dispute. The bureau will look into your file and send the details after updating your records.
