Welcome to the Community :D As Orake said, someone will contact you if you signed up for the free credit counsiling. Is your debt credit cards, pay day loans? Consolidation may be of help for you,you can combine all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment, with lower interest. There is also a Do it Yourself section, under "Our Services", to the side of your screen. You can also try contacting the creditors and see if they will drop interest,etc., and work out payments.
