I was suckered into purchasing a stereo system for my car. The person told me that he liked the goal i had for my car and said he was going to sponser me free of charge, all i had to was enter my car in a few car shows represent their name. So i agreed and he started ripping borchures apart and telling me where to sign. The guy even set me up for two separate accounts. I looked for a way to fight this but had no luck.

Hi mack....welcome to the forums. Wow, ain't life just grand sometimes. Did you by any chance get any copies of these brochures you signed? And when you say brochure...or you reffering to something similar to a contract? I don't quite understnad what type of accounts you are speaking about either. I don't know if I am sending you to exactly the right area of the forum for this particular issue...but, I bet it's a good place to start.

Now when you go there....try to be just a little more specific about what this person had you sign and what types of accounts he set up in your name. If they can't help you there....I am sure they can direct you to the correct area. And please know that almost all of us here...are here because we also signed things that we were told or convinced were in our best interest too. So you're not alone. Good luck and hang in there!
