stupid decision

Did a really stupid thing and got a loan with Cash Call out of Califorina. I had planned on paying it off completely but life happend now im stuck and recently lost my job due to a lay off. They hit you with a 59% interest rate. Best advice dont ever do business with Cash Call. They take atvantage of people needing help. My payments are current but i have paid the price for a dumb decision.

I am sorry to hear this. Feel free to vent anytime. You'll feel a bit lighter. Did you check on the permissible interest rates in CA? I will also verify if Cash Call is licensed in your state and allowed to charge any interests and fees.
