Consolidating Payday Loans Myself????

Is this possible? Has any one been able to successfully settle the payday loans without hiring a consolidating company? I just hate to pay more money than I have to....I have already drowned myself in interest ONLY payments and have been taking new loans out just to pay my normal bills.....it is madness!!!
