We were always running behind on bills and could not buy food. I got into the payday loan era and now I cannot seem to get out.
The fees alone are killing me financially.

I heard the counselor usually takes 24 - 48 hrs to place the call as per the locations. In most cases, the calls are done within the day. Don't worry, someone will call you anytime. I also had to wait for a couple of days before talking with him. Have you checked your voicemails in case he has left any message for you if you were unavailable?
