Hi, I went and applied for college tuition for TOURO COLLEGE in NY. So i have like bills piled up to pay but the thing is i was told that i will have 10 years to pay back after graduation but i stopped going so they start to bill me already which i wasnt aware of it. I am in serious problem with money. I work minimum wage. Help please.
