Hello all
Date: Mon, 05/21/2007 - 04:02
I am in the military and constanlty deployed to all parts of the world, each of these deployments seems to put us just a little further in the hole no matter how hard we try to save up money. Be it car problems and repair bills while i am away or a meriad of other problems. We just want to be able to get out of debt and begin living they way we first expected to, not high class by any means, but even just to be able to go out and eat together at a nice resturuant once in a while would be an improvement from what we have now. Things are looking up already with some of the information i have gained from here and I would like to thank you all. I am very nervous about getting a debt consolidation loan however we have decided it is the best way for us to go. So anyone with a reference for a company to be trusted would be apriciated very much. Thank you all again, Victor and Maria

If you could post a bit more about your situation it would be helpful . . . . What kind of debt do you have, how much, how much is your income, etc . . . . Getting another loan to pay off the debt may not be your best option. If you post more information we can help direct you to the right path . . . .

My husband has some sort of retirement account that gets taken out of his check before he sees it. I know some companies offer if you have direct deposit and some banks can take money, I think you can set either a % or a set amount. That way you never see the money.
Our best bet was to only have 1 account because we were having to pay fees for 2 accounts going negative.
Make sure the "secret" account is not linked to make it harder to withdrawl the money.
Good luck!
