NCO for SETA Corporation / EZ-Pay

Has anyone ever heard of the Seta Corporation E-Z pay? My wife received a collection notice fro NCO Financial Systems today on behalf of them for $148.00 (+/-). She has no recollection of ever doing business with any one by either of those names.
Of course I already sent the Validation letter (CMRR), but just curious if any one knew who this SETA Corp. is.... I suspect its either a id theft thing, or a debt that is way out of the SOL as it was addressed to her maiden name.

Clay, BBB is listing similar companies with the name SETA Corp.
Clay, BBB is listing similar companies with the name SETA Corp. but they are not recognized as a collection agency.
I got same results when I searched for EZ-Pay. Please have a look at the BBB website and see if you are able to locate the exact company.
