small business debt

I live in the state of New York. I have a small gift shop. Bills have escalated beyond my control and I want to repay my creditors however, I cannot get them to work with me. They are filing suits against me, I do not want to file bankruptcy I need help working out some time of payment arrangements can you help me. This is not credit card debt is is accounts with some of my suppliers.

Discuss this situation with them and see if they know of any agency that will work with small business debts, as opposed to only personal debts. I do not know of any agencies that work with small business debt consolidation myself, but I have never been in that situation. Keep watching the forums here, and this particular thread - someone else is likely to post some helpful information! :D

I am in agreement with Sue.I do not know of any business debt plans except for chapter 11 bankruptcy.Keep an eye on the board here as there are people here with lots of knowledge to share.
