Bj, Welcome, there are many people here who can help you. I see that you listed your state and companies. Some of these can be either store front or internet, and are the amounts listed the amount borrowed or paid. Please list whether these are store front or internet, the amount borrowed and the total amount paid to each company ( ie. checkn go - borrowed 500 - paid 800) this will help us help you. While you are working on that someone will be along soon to post your state laws so we all can see them to better help you. Roxy
Maybe could we have this moved to the payday forum??

Ok I have delt with 3 of those companies. And I am suprised that you have one with National and one with Advance, because they are sister companies. Here in my state they have all just become Advance America. And I thought they did that all over. But anyway, Check n go will not want to do a payment arrangement (at least they didn't with me) I had to wait till they turned me over to a collection agency, now I am paying $50 per month on 2 loans from there (totaling almost $2,000  ) They didn't add any extra fees onto that (the CA didn't)
Now with Advance and National, you need to talk to the store manager asap and explain your situation and tell them you won't be able to pay the roll over fees anymore and you need help. If you have been a good customer there for awhile they will tell you what you can do. What they did for me was run the check through my bank and when it came back to them NSF they added a NSF charge and a late payment charge and then everything I paid to them after went to pay down my loan. I had 2 loans through Advance (both hubby and I) totaling over $2,000  I went in and paid $25 on each account each friday until I was paid in full. I had done the same with National a year or so ago.
But most of all contact the storefronts, do not ignore them because these are licensed in your state and they can take you to court if they have to. But most of them will try and tell you they can't make any kind of arrangement. But they will, because it is cheaper for them to take the arrangement instead of going to court.
If you are scared then call a different store and ask them what happens if you default on the loan and if they have any kind of repayment plan. If you do not get an answer from them then go and call the district manager. I do know that National and Advance will work with a debt management company also.

Oh I am sorry I also delt with check into cash YEARS ago. They were not very nice and drove 30 miles to cash my check at my bank. But they did break down and accept my payment arrangement.
Now with one person at a national (he was fired the same day this happened) I had payment arrangements with him and he had called my bank (paychecks were direct deposit) to see if there was enough money in there to cover my check (already went back NSF once) and when the bank said yes he was there in like 15 mins. and cashed the check. Which left me with no money in my account. He even took out the NSF fee. I threw a fit at the bank( they couldn't do anything) and then went right to the store and the district manager was there (because the guy was already fired), I also threw a fit there and he gave me ALL my money back and some extra for my NSF charges because this guy did this. So if you have direct deposit, stop that or put it in a different bank until you have started paying on your arrangements.
