I got that once, I think it might have something to do with using a proxy server or a static IP address. There are some users who have been banned from this forum. If your proxy or static IP changes to a matched/locked IP then you will get that message. You can try posting again in a bit or you can try refreshing your IP addy by simply using repair connection option (if you are using XP/Vista) or you can simply restart your modem/router.
If you happen to be using dialup [ :( ], log off and re-connect.
