This is ridiculous! Do not ever send these people money! They are frauds! That's all I can say for now, gotta change diapers, more tomorrow.

You must remember ALL of this happened BEFORE we found this place.

We were looking for a debt consolidation loan. The amount we were looking for was $10,000. That would have paid off the rest of our only car, the few payday loans we had as well as purchase a badly needed second car. We discharged a bankruptcy 16 mo. ago and thought since our car loan was with a used car place and didn't report to credit bureaus, a loan for this amount would consolidate our debt, keep payments in line with our budget, and report favorably to the credit bureaus. Credit cards are evil and since the bankruptcy we will never have another one. Sounds like a plan right? Well, because of the bankruptcy we were turned down left and right. That's when I stumbled upon this website "pmgroupltd.com". There claim to fame supposedly was that they specialized in this type of loan, for this kind of situation. They did not guarantee anything but they sounded pretty confident. Then when I saw stated on their website that ???The old way of acquiring financing can be intimidating, frustrating and outright unfair. At Rogan & Associates, we do things differently. We specialize in hassle-free, honest financing, with unmatched customer privacy and no surprises.
Keep it simple with Rogan & Associates.
Expect Fairness
Most banks pay their sales consultants higher commissions for higher rates. That means they benefit from charging you more. Rogan & Associates is different. Our consultants don't make a commission based on the rate of your loan. So count on getting the rate you deserve.
Demand Privacy
Our position is simple: Your personal information is your private property. Named America's highest ranking online financial services company for privacy, we never sell or share your information with third party marketers. In fact, we won't share it with anyone unless you explicitly instruct us to do so. Maybe that's why The Customer Respect Group, an international research and consulting firm that focuses on how corporations treat customers online, named Rogan & Associates number 3 out of 464 major corporations in matters of protecting privacy.
Learn how Rogan & Associates led the fight for the strictest privacy law in the country.
Seek Honesty
Rogan & Associates, unlike most lenders, never changes your rate at closing or surprises you with extra fees at the last minute.
At Rogan & Associates, we tell you up front that we sometimes use overseas companies to process and service loans. Our secure international affiliates can lower costs, creating a savings we pass on to you. Unlike our competitors, we always leave the choice between domestic and overseas services to you.??? Being familiar with The Customer Respect Group I was impressed.

I DIDdo some research, but not nearly what I should have done. We filled out the application which really was simple and easy. Again I was impressed. A couple of days later a man calling himself ???Peter Lewis??? called said we were approved a verified all our info explained everything and the need for a 10% or $1,000 collateral payment. He said that the collateral payment would go to the total payoff of the loan and said he would email a contract for us to sign. He did, we signed and faxed it back. He said that someone form accounting would be in touch about how and who to send that collateral payment to. That evening a woman calling herself ???Rena??? told me to send funds via MoneyGram to someone called ???Rogan Duvale???. We did. Then at 9:00 pm EST, an hour after my children are in bed, the phone rings. A woman calling herself ???Danielle??? said they were unable to collect the funds because the reference numbers we gave them were wrong. She reads them off and they were exactly what we gave them. She says well they are wrong, send us proof. So I scanned in the receipt and transfer form and email them to her, but because of a ???problem??? with their server, she asks that I fax it. I do. They have then received the money but I have no money. After that it's almost impossible to get them on the phone. When I do get through, I leave messages that are never returned. Except one time I got through and got to talk to a person. She called herself ???Betty???. She said that our credit rating had changed and they needed more money form us. Then I find this place. The next time I called to ask for that policy in writing and I was unable to obtain a copy.

Which I found strange because it is my understanding that by law those guidelines for a company should be available to customers upon request. Am I wrong? Anyway, 4 days ago a Mindy Caviness calls me and says that she was a victim of fraud perpetrated by these people. Her husband who happens to be a bounty hunter is legally going after these people and asked if we wanted to be involved. Slightly worried about how she got my number I ask for her husbands licensing info and find that they are in fact legit. So, if ANYONE has been screwed by these people, PLEASE pm me and I'll have them get in contact with you. Right now there are eight of us filing state and federal fraud charges. After Mindy contacts you, may have a judge in Georgia contact you for any information you may have. I hope this helps someone, anyone from trusting to freely.

BTW, I called The Customer Respect Group and they have no idea who these people are. A Mr. Nattihias @ CRG said they are starting their own ivestgation and will possibly get their own legal counsel involved. 8) Then he thanked me profusely.

These people not only stole from me; that was bad enough, but in effect they stole from my kids. I have 3 kids and could have used that money elsewhere. Maybe I'm a little psycho, but you don't mess with my family. They have done wrong to the wrong woman.
