Hi, I find myself in debt because of payday loans. I now have four. I thought I could get one to pay the other off and so on and so on. Now I find myself paying the interest each payday because I can't afford to pay them back. I do have poor credit and my score is 556. If I could get a loan to consolidate the four payday loans, then I only have to deal with paying one payment a month. What should I do?

Hi Venida Banks

Welcome to the forums.

I am sorry; this company is not taking payday loan consolidation presently.

Do not take a loan as you have already faced the consequences while you took payday loans in the past. This way, you are multiplying your monthly expenses and having no increase in the income, the debt to income ratio keeps rising alarmingly higher.

In my opinion, you should talk directly to the lenders and explain them your financial situation. Hopefully, they will try to arrange a payment plan for you and you will have to stick to their terms and conditions. They will extend some benefits to you and if you miss any of the payments, you won't get any of these later.

So, try to work with your lenders directly and make your utmost move to solve it. You will be able to make the reduced monthly payments. Aside, you can try for a second job if possible.

Regards
Roxette

Venida,

(1) Do you own a home?
if so then,
(2) Have your spoke with a loan officer about a debt consolidation loan?

Your payday loans are eating you up alive probably at 20%-46% interest... These type of loans also have a negative impact on your credit rating...

Your credit score of 556 can still be worked into a debt consolidation loan. In fact, with 560 many lenders are offering a program with 100% financing! Your not to far off from improving your credit, you just need the proper guidance.

If you have a home as collateral then refinance the home pay off these high interest rate payday loans with the equity from your home and never go back to payday!!

Happy holidays!

Hello. Today is my first day joining this site. I joined in hopes of consolidating my pay day loans. Is my understanding correct in that you do not help with pay day loans?

Kitty, many debt management companies are finding it tough to consolidate the payday loans. Take care of your debt by contacting your lenders before they do so. Most of the lenders are willing to work on your payment arrangements and offer some reductions in the total amount. Send your proposal in writing and it will be better if you can advance them some money along with it. If they accept it, it means they have made the arrangement with you. Keep negotiating with them until you get the desired results. I am quite sure you will be able to take care of your accounts without any professional help.

Remember to send all your letters through certified mail with return receipt requested. When you have sent the letters certified, you have the proof of all your correspondences made with the agencies. You should always think two steps ahead of time.

Between payday loans and credit cards I was in such deep debt I couldn't even see my stomach anymore. I found your wonderful website by trying to locate a loan to get myself in more debt. Instead I found the best posting in regards to the Town & Country debt consolidation company. I was able to take care of my credit cards, payday loans, even some medical stuff and I won't be struggling to feed my family anymore. I will even be able to apply for a house when I'm all done.

Thank you so very much for this website.

Sincerly,
