Numbers to pay day loan consolidation companies

A counselor will call you and discuss about your debt accounts. I heard this website has partnership with some consolidation companies that can work with payday loan lenders. I think you should wait for the consultant to call you back. Maybe, he has the help for you in this regard.

In the meantime, while waiting to hear from a counselor, could you please tell us about you and your situation? That can help us get to know you better, and you might find that some of us have gone through the same debt problems you have.

Why is it that the phone numbers for collection agencies, banks, credit card companies, PDL's etc. can be posted freely, but Consolidation phone numbers and info. cannot? I think that it would be really helpful to have that information accessible since most who come here are seeking some kind of relief from their debt. It kind of seems that that kind of information is held hostage and only registered users can seek it out.

Also, why can't websites be posted other than government websites? (Just Curious

I have alot of pay day loans. I am a single mom and got myself in a mess. The interest is eating up my loans so that I have nothing left of my paycheck. I dont know what to do. I called BHR and associates and the guy actually gave some number to a get rich scheme..he said he cant help me . Im blown away by this.

Need help you really need to close your bank account and call each of the lenders and make payment arrangements with them. Who are your lenders?

I just got off of t5he phone witha wonderful lady at T &C named Brooke. I am going to sign up and start calling all of my lenders. Im scared to close my account..im at a credit union, have been there for 6 years. Im afraid that if I close my account, the the creditors will call my supervisor and I would be mortified. I am sick and havent slept in weeks. I am so thankful to have found this site!!!! You guys are amazing so so full of knowledge!!!! YEA! Ima lrerady feeling a sense of relief!

I would need the address for Rio resource, or Tendollarpaydayloan.com. Would you suggest sending final payment my USPS of FedEx. I closed my bank account and want to settle last $200 payment. what recourse would If not applied to the account before the due date of 6-15-2006

donotscream -search the forums and you will find the address for tendollarpayday/rio resources. Read about this company, there is a lot of good information about them here. If you are going to send it - send it certified return receipt so you have proof they got it.

I posted a question earlier in this thread and it was not answered. I wanted to know why debt consolidation contact information is prohibited from being posted on this site. I am reposting in the hopes that someone can/will answer this for me.

It's like saying "we would like to help you with your debt problem, but there are strings attached."

I guess I am hoping that the site admin will possibly answer this question for me: Why is it okay to post any companies phone numbers and contact info, but not okay to post the contact info. of services that could possibly help people out of the desperate situations that they may be in.

Also, I have read many posts and noticed that under the members avatars, their points are displayed. It seems like you would have to spend many days, months, years to accumulate 5000. Is it really fair to make people who need help NOW wait that long? Or for that matter, at all?

You want to get the debt help, right? A counselor will call you and discuss about your debt accounts after you have signed up here. It's your choice to work with that consolidation company or shop for another one. But you can at least get started.

And, I think you didn't read the thread completely I posted above. The points were earlier 5000 which were reduced to 1500 within a couple of days after we all insisted. See my joining date and the points I have earned so far. It won't take long time for me to accumulate the required points. Besides, I get to learn so many things each day. leave all your queries behind and sign up here. We will become good friends while we talk regularly. :)

I appreciate that support. I am already a member of the site but cannot log in from my work (Trouble, trouble). I was just asking a general question, which still has not been answered and at this point, and it is becoming very clear to me that no one knows the answer.

I think that if most visitor's had the choice, they would want to be an active part of the community, but many do not have the time to browse and post as often as they would like. When we all get to this website, the first thing I've noticed from individuals (including myself ) is that we want the numbers and info to the debt consolidation companies. I disagree with you Still Serious as to your comments that there are strings attached. I have found so much information to help myself in this forum by joining. I don't see what the big deal is by having to join as it is completely free to do so. And as far as the CC points, well yes I think it is fair. We are all here for similar reasons and I think by having to help eachother out to accumulate points only educates us more so that we can help ourselves make the right decisions regarding our finances.

I don't think Seriously wanted the actual contact info for T&C, I just think she wanted to know why it was not allowed to be posted. And with that post of yours, Free of Debt, you have discouraged many people from registering on this site. They can now go and call T&C without ever getting the real help they might need from a debt counselor, which is why we generally do not post numbers like that on here.

I agree with you Seeing. I have learned so much from this forum to be able to help myself and I am still learning. Had I not been told to register to get the number, I probably would not have come back. But because I did I have been able to help myself.

Yes, same here.

Without this forum, I would have probably gone with T&C anyway, and that would have helped me, yes, but through the help of the forum, I have been able to get RID of some of them, not just pay them.
