So I live in MS and I have taken out 3 storefront pdl's and 3 internet pdl's. I'm getting to where all I am doing is running around paying these loans and rewriting. I owe City View Cash, 123 Cashnet, and Magnum. I also have storefront pdls. I honestly do not know how to get out from under these! I figured the other day that I have paid $385 to city view cash and I only borrowed $260. They tried to say that I was paying extension fees but that was not mentioned when I took the loan. I found out that last night they tried to debit $100 (When I figured that after 4 "extension" fees I still only owed them $55) but it didn't go through because I didn't have the funds there. I'm a little freaked and don't know what to do! Please help! I have heard mention of PDL consildation companies. What do these do? Are the fees more than just paying off the PDL's? I"m afraid I am stuck in a never ending cycle!

I know Magnum is illegal.

What are the names of the store fronts? Some allow an EPP, Extended payment plan.

Rollovers are not permitted in MS so if they are rolling over loans that is illegal.

You can going to have to close you checking account as they will attempt to keep debting your account.

The storefront loans are through-
Advance America
Express
Quick Lend
Would a rollover be just letting me pay the FC? In that case, they are not doing that (the storefront ones anyway). I pay the full amount of the check and then rewrite (normally for the same amount)
Magnum has been pretty easy to deal with, no problems so far. 123Cashnet hasn't been bad either. It's City View Cash that has been horrible. How do I find out if they are licensed in MS? Also if the internet ones are allowing me to rollover, is that considered illegal? Don't they have to follow MS law?
