So, after a month and a half of sending daily emails, filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, a complaint with the FTC, 3B finally responded today.
They marked my account as paid in full and have offered a refund of $60.00 (which was my overpayment). I accepted the settlement offer with the BBB but placed in comments that I could only accept a check or money order. No ACH deposits or Direct Deposits into my new account. I also told them that I wanted a paid in full letter sent with the check. I was upset about one thing though:
I won't be eligible for any more loans with 3B......

Jessiejames' scorecard:
Me:3 (3 PIF's 2 refunds)
IPDL:0 (haven't paid out a damn penny in 50 days)
Bottom of the barrel IPDL Debt Collectors: 0 (the only thing they've gotten is a ton of paperwork)

Oh yeah I do. Between my wife and I we have about 6 more.
Here's the big list.
CMG financial: Sent to AIS Collections (sent a DV letter Certified mail RRR, no response yet)
Nevis Marketing (Timberhole): Sent to AIS (same)
Midland Financial: Sent to AIS (same)
Payco: 1 each for my wife and I (haven't heard a word from them yet)
Nationwidecash.com: In constant contact with Jimmie Blake (the compliance dept. manager). Emailing daily but he is no longer responding to my emails.
A2B Cash: Don't know happened to them, they haven't contacted me since I sent out C & D letters.
and that is all of them that are un resolved. All owe me a PIF and refund.
