Ameriloan, 500 Fast Cash & Your Fast Payday

All 3 have acknowledged receipt of my cease and desist letters but all claim Tribal Immunity. Ameriloan called me for a couple of days but have since stopped calling (I am just waiting for the phone to ring). They responded to the BBB with the standard

We recognize this complaint as a response to information circulating the Internet. This information is full of mis-leading and inaccurate statements. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
I of course sent a response back but sure it will get nowhere. I only owe this company a total of $25.00 but they refuse to give me an address. They have (so far) not tried debiting my account, which I have blocked. Should I send a money order to the address listed on the BBB website certified mail or should I wait to see what they try next?? I logged into their website and it shows:

Never heard from 500 Fast Cash other than an email acknowledging receipt and an email telling me to log in and settle (HA HA HA). I know this is basically the same clowns from Ameriloan so I am also waiting for them to start calling soon. They also have not tried debiting my account as of yet but it is blocked. Their website says the same as the above on Ameriloan $0.00 Due, etc. I actually overpaid this company by $175 which I doubt I will ever see, but still want the PIF.
As for Your Fast Payday, they responded with a lovely email claiming tribal immunity to which I threw Missouri State Laws back at them. They have not called but they did debit my account. I have been in touch with my bank to find out why since I had a block on it and they are looking in to it. I am headed there this afternoon to get my money back. This company is simply ignoring everything. This one is going to be a tough one I believe but I am going to stand my ground. I have also filed complaints with everyone on these people. Anyone dealt with Your Fast Payday before?? Anyone know who their processor is so I can contact them? I owe this company only $30 but they refuse to give me an address and I can't find much info on these guys.

As their official website shows that you do not owe anything to them as of now, I don't think you should make the payments. You should wait and check out what steps they take next and then do the needful.
As you've overpaid the 500 Fast Cash, if they are illegal, then you should ask them for a refund. Don't try and settle anything with them as you've already overpaid them.
As far as the Fast Payday is concerned, put a hard block on your bank account so that they are unable to go for any kind of unauthorized withdrawal. If they call you the next time, ask them to provide you with their contact address where you can send them the dues. If they don't provide you the same, let them know that you won't be paying them a dime.

Ameriloan is crazy I didn't receive calls from the for a while and now they call in spurts I posted another number they like to call from some man claiming to be auditing their files. Its a crazy cycle but keep filing complaints because I do and still do!
