I have a problem dealing with A2B.com.
they keep telling me the US has no jurisdiction over them.
They can't get at my acoount as it is closed . I getting no where with the help center on the website. Any contact information for them? I think they are in New Jersey, The dept of banking and finance in that state said they are located there but can't help. They refered the letter sent to me to the Oregon dept of finance where I live.
what can i do to get rid of these people, IM not giving them my account information.
I don think its anything they can do as if they truly are in another country malta, then they have no jurisdiction over me. I will also contact the AG office in my state concerning this as will. It would be helpful to find out just where they are.

if you paid back the loan in fees then you are finished.
how much was borrowed
how much was debited including fees and rollovers.
you might be suprised by how little if anything you really owe.
