i borrowed $200.00 from a2bcash they charge me $74.00 every 2 weeks until i repay the loan. Now i find out it is illegal to do payday loans in the state of georgia. should i report them, and if so who do i report them to?

My understanding about this company is they are out of the Netherlands. I found some information about them, CLICK HERE to read more about them.

Hmmmmmm, I found some more information on this company HERE.

Quote:

This is a fraudulent company that pretends to loan people a cash advance. However, money is never sent to the person's account. Instead, finance charges are taken out because the company has all the person's banking account information. The company is purported to be located in India. Their website cannot be accessed because it will not recognize your username and password after giving it to you. The company also will not give out a telephone number. It is stealing money from people's checking accounts.

They are NOT stealing money! You borrowed the money and if you canot control your spending habits and have the money in your account to pay them back then you will have to pay thr additional fees. I can sit here and **** all I want because they debit my account every two weeks but the fact remains that I borrowed the money and I owe it back! You should have read the guidelines instead of just thinking someone would give you somehting for nothing

another shill be still my heart.look,if you want to defend an illegal out of the country pdl go ahead.the fact is that all of these places are designed to debit indefinitely.any attempts to pay the total are stonewalled or ignored.so if you are in fact a customer of there's keep paying debits forever.we choose not to.as long as the amount borrowed is paid, they or you have nothing to cry about.
