Update!

Since I have revoked ach debits, I am starting to get some calls. I sent my emails to the BBB, FTC and Attorney General. Well, for American Web Loan at least, it worked! My loan was $600 and I had paid $360 when I had closed my account. I wanted to work out payments for the remaining $240. The letter from the BBB did it! Ashley the supervisor called to work out something - I will pay $100 this pay, and $140 the next pay. She said that once I pay the $140, she will send me a pid via email. She will also be telling the BBB that this has been resolved, but I will wait for my letter before I tell BBB that this should be closed. It will be tight, but better than the over $500 I paid lenders. However Sure Advance sent mine to collections - Alliance Asset Management. I don't dispute the fact I owe $188, but they are claiming I owe over $700! I told them to send me written verification of the debt. I am still waiting on Cash Direct Express and Cash Jar.
