Thank you for your reply!
I paid over principal on three out of four (2 in husbands name and 2 in mine). I received a PIF letter right away on my Mobiloans account which I had paid over on. My husband's still had about $200 principal due but I had read on the forum that overpaid principal on a prior loan counted too. There was over $300 principal overpaid on that loan which rolled into the next one. I am worried because they have not responded - just moved the due date out four days. Plain Green has not responded but I cannot log into either account now and there's a note saying to call to make payment arrangements. I know it was only Friday when I sent everything but starting to stress that they may not respond with PIFs.... Thanks for your information!

Both settled
Both settled for remaining principal with me. I had to email each a couple times and I also did send a certified lettter with ACH authorization. I also filed complaints with the FTC, my state attorney general, and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.
In my case I still owed a bit of principal on each. It probably took about a month of back and forth email communications before they agreed to settle for principal.
Good Luck!
