I have online payday loans out and can't keep up with the payments. I've closed my account that they debit but I need help with how to handle them until I am able to make the payments. Are the following lenders legal in Ohio and if not, how should I handle them? Will they try to garnish my wages?

Online payday loans are

Online payday loans are illegal in Ohio unless they have a physical presence in the state. As far as I know, both these lenders are illegal in the state of Ohio. Illegal payday loan lenders can't garnish your wage. Pay only the principal amount.

Both of them are illegal

Both of them are illegal lenders. Read up on how to deal with them by going through the 'How to deal with illegal lenders' thread found at the top of the PDL help forum. Follow every instruction therein.
