collection agency turnmoil

I was wondering if you could help me draft a letter for a collection agency?
I had a PDL with a company but they were taking money out of my account under various names so I closed my checking. I filed a BBB complaint against both the collection agency and the original creditor. The collection agency said they would no longer contact me if they didnt hear from the original creditor which it has been almost 45 days now. (So far the collection agency is unable to provide me with a account transaction-debt validation letter summary they dont have the information and they are saying that if they dont get this into from original creditor they will not contact me again.) This time frame has passed 45 days. The original creditor is stating that they never contacted a collection agency and they are considering the debt PIF. The collection agency is still contacting me though. I would like to send them a letter and get validation from the collection agency that this is no longer a worry for me.

Just send the PIF letter to the CA. They hopefully should back off after that is received. There would be no reason to collect on a zero balance.
