Payday loan help!

Ok I've been reading up alot on this site and wondering if anyone can give me insite.
I live in PA where payday loans are fine, right? I know it says Prohibted on the conusmer website but I think that is only for check cashing services or something.
Here are my loans: They are all in default:
Loan Point USA: $300...paid more then that already in fees, paid last fee on July 17th
Upfront Payday: $300...in collections for $214.00, paid more then the 300 in fees.
Cash First: $300....paid prob. about 270.00 in fees, paid last fee on July 24th
United Cash Loans: $350.00 paid about 315.00 in fees paid last fee on July 24th
CashNetUsa: $350.00..paid 350.00 in fees
Loan Shop: $300.00, paid 45.00 only.
Any instite on these compaines? I am working with CashNet on payments.

i don't know about the others,but i do know united cash loans is illegal even in PA.so you only owe them 35.00.they will fight you on that tooth and nail.again i don't know about the others
