Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any info on cardinal management. I took out a payday loan from them and I have no record of who they are or where they operate? Any help would be appreciated.

I am in the NY state and I also have a loan with cardinal management services and I am unable to contact them. Is ny state an illegal state for receiving payday loans? Also, how do I contact them?

Did you close your account? That's the first thing I would do, then I would leave it up to them to contact you, it isn't your fault if you have no way of contact them.

I also have a loan from them. I took it out in March for $250 and have paid them $75 every 2 weeks since then....that's $1500! I know I should just stop the payment on my bank account but I am scared too! Does anyone know if they are illegal in the state of Oklahoma?

Why have you let them take out the 75 every 2 weeks. You can fax them and say you want them to take out the amount you owe in full. I took out a payday loan last week for 250, and I got an email with their contact info and forms to fax to them when I wanted the whole amount taken out, if you dont put it in writing they keep extending the loan and charging you the 75 bucks. I had them take out the 250 and only paid a one time fee of 75.

Does anyone know the web address(es) for the site where they originally applied for the payday loans? I am in Pennsylvania and our PA Dept of Banking is investigating several companies, Titan being one of them. I took out a PDL with Cardinal Mgmt over a year ago for $300. After paying over $1500 to them I was advised to close my account because I was unable to contact them to have it paid in full. So after paying them back 5 times more than what I borrowed in less than a year I feel my debt has been paid in full. However, they do not. I get calls at work and at home everyday! No matter what I say to them they still call. I made a complaint and now I am being asked what website I made the loan on and I just cannot remember.

If any of you can remember the site(s) you applied on it may jog my memory.

Thank you!

I applied for a loan through a different company for $300, and promptly received a call from Cardinal Management, asking me to verify my bank account. I told them that I would call them back. She has called me back 4 times telling me that I was approved for $250, when I didn't apply with them. The original company that I applied with called me back, and confirmed my information by reading the info back to me, not just asking for it. I would avoid Cardinal, very fishy.

i am definitely NEVER taking out a pay day loan ever again. i took out a $200 loan, made the agreement of paying off $260 on my next pay date and all they took out was 60. I called multiple times and emailed multiple times and never got through to anyone. On the next pay date all they took out was 60. After calling and emailing multiple times I have STILL not been able to get through. I can't even close out my account because they overdrew my account and I don't have the money to pay off the overdrawn balance. How do i get them to stop taking the money out?! Or does anyone have a better way of contacting Cardinal Management LLC? The number 866-943-6712 never picks up the phone. Please help!

I also have gotten a loan from Cardinal Management LLC. But, I have not paid them back. But, I am wanting to start paying them back but It doesn't seem like anyone is answering my calls. How would I go about doing this? Also, how do you know if they are illegal to loan in your state? Can anyone help me please?

of course they threaten that.that is the first salvo illegal lenders use.if the amount they debited meets or exceeds the principle they lent you owe nothing further.i would file a police report for the call as again they broke the law with that threat.then use the number and name of said bottomfeeder to file AG,AND FTC complaints.then ignore them.when they call your work hang up on them without a word.
