Oh also now that my acct is closed, should i NOT speak with them on the phone for any reason, and what if they contact my references even though i send the letter not to.

That would be fine, I emailed as many of mine as I could. I wouldn't speak to the, some will try to drag you into comversations and just get you worked up. It is better to do everything by email or writing so you have a trail.
Some of the companies may try to contact your references. You can tell them as much as you like, or let them know you are having a problem with identity theft or something that way they are prepared in case they get a call.

I had an arrangement with loan point usa and i was supposed to send money orders and i didnt and i havent heard from them, yet!! wonder if i should send them a letter or wait for them to contact me?? please help me in this process.

I am still unsure what to do with the legal ones, call them and or email them letting them know my bank acct is closed and i need to make other arrangements such as to send money orders, please help me on this. I will not have much to send so i dont want to make arrangements way out of budget, just hope they go with it. And i know pay off the legal legit ones first, that is my priority.
