Arizona Payday Loans? Is More Than One At A Time A Felony?

I really need to find an answer to this quickly. I have out like 4 different loans, I will have them all paid off end of this month. My question is can they prosecute you if they find out you have more than 1 ? Can they find out you have more than 1 ? If they can prosecute when do they begin the process i.e., if you default? But I am not going to default so does that me I won't get prosecuted? Or can I still be prosecuted. If so will that be criminal ?
