My goal: Break the cycle :)

The details:

Cash1 Store Front $700 loan $95 fee
Advance America Store Front $700 loan $95 fee
Check n Go Store Front $700 loan $95 fee
Allied Cash Advance $700 loan $95 fee

I have reloaned on all four for six months or more.

All of these are in Washington State.

I previously did try converting them to the "4 or 5 equal payment plan" but all that did was leave me no additional cash to pay on credit card balances.

Perhaps my best bet is to convert one or maybe two at a time (and not all 4 at once?) Then pay those down that way?

Lastly, the checking account I've been writing the checks off of has been closed for almost a year. None of the four PDL's have figured this out yet.

I was considering not reloaning on them and defaulting and then trying to work with them once they call, but open to options that may be suggested on this forum.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Hopefully someone who knows Washington State law will join this discussion...but I would personally advise against writing checks on a closed account. While you might be "outsmarting" the lender...you don't want to have check fraud charges filed against you on top of everything else. IMO.
