first welcome to the community.second yes all of those pdl's are illegal.you need to close your current account and open a new one.then get letters to the pdl's stating they are illegal in MI and you will pay the balance by money order.also file AG and FTC complaints.you only owe what was borrowed.for example,ameriloan 300.00 borrowed 270.00 was debited you owe 30.00 nothing more.just take care of your bank account and we can help you from there.again welcome and we can and will help free you from these pdl's.
