So now my cell phone just charged me a text charge too.
Can they do this? What legal action? I think they are just BS'ing me, but it's very scary to me.

that is a classic move of there's.just remind them of the fine in ILLINOIS for there wonderful tactics.they are illegal,they know it and they are getting desperate.just let them know you are not swayed by illegal threats from an illegal pdl.
