I posted yesterday about the email replies I got from sending them a C/D letter, and how they refuse to give me an address to mail a money order, and now they put me on the REFUSES to pay collections. Well I was originally writing to a man named Tim, but he must have been gone b/c I got replies from his email address but signed by a different employee.
Well today I get an email from Tim, stating they can't get the money out of my checking acct. (I closed it) which I put that in the emails I sent YESTERDAY! And says please call him w/ correct checking info. Do they need keep records of the previous day emails??

They usually ignore any replies at all. If I were you, I would repeatedly send the same email over and over again to every email address you have for PayDay Yes. I did that once and was finally asked to cease and desist contact with them lol, because I was bogging up their in box, but hey, I got their attention and acknowledgment that they received my email, which is what I was trying to accomplish. lol
