Has anyone heard of Express Money Center? I received a collection notice via mail from A&S collections Associates, Inc. They have a PO box in VT and a physical address in AZ listed. I have never heard of either one. The notice from A&S said that money owed is to Express Money CTR.

Second I googled them and they are a PayDay Loan company.

Per their website they appear to only be licensed in California and Oregon. It won't even let you select another state.
