help with PayDay loans in Utah

Need some advice on dealing with PayDay loans, and Utah's laws. How do I find who is Licensened in Utah and who isn't and how to deal with each?

keep in mind, thes totals are for current loans. I have been juggling PDL's for several years and have paid all these companies THOUSANDS in interest ove the course of my accounts.
