Hello,

I have seen a lot of posts of the problems people have with this lender. I'm looking for experience with them--as you may know, they allow communication only by email. I saw today that my account status had been switched to collections -- manual when yesterday it was collections -- auto. Does anyone know what this means?

I took out a $200 loan with them--now they want multiple $74 finance fees, which so far, have continued to be returned by my bank when 247 advances attempts to draft them. Does anyone know if they will switch their collection method? How can I get them to go away? When I told them that I revoked my ACH authorization and needed a physical address, they told me: "You cannot do that, you have no right under the governing laws of the loan agreement to revoke payment by ACH on this loan. The payment requests WILL be made until the balance you owe is paid. Customer Services"

I just want it to end!!
