Foreign debt collectors??

Yep, it's a scam alright. The best you can do is ignore them and don't speak to them. File a complaint with your attorney general and the FTC.

I also received the same calls from a guy that could barely speak English yet had the name of "Christopher Alexander". What a joke!
He told me that if I didn't call him back, he wished me luck.
He would call my cell phone and when it went into vm, he would then immediately call me at work. Our receptionist would put him into my vm also.
He did this for 3 days straight.
Just ignore him...........he's a foreigner with a fake American name.

Thanks for this information. Did he stop calling after 3 days? I can ignore him for that long, but I wasn't sure how persisent he would be. Also, did you have any problems with taking money from your bank account?

So far, the calling stopped after 3 days.
No problem with the bank account because it was closed and changed long before this creature crawled out of the woodwork.
