all the pdls can do is TRY to harass me. Good Luck to them. I dont know anyone in NY with the same last name as me. I am from Kansas and moved to NY a year ago. I listed my address as a post office box, so they dont have my physical address.

I think the difference here is that the majority of these people

I think the difference here is that the majority of these people didn't set out to defraud anyone. Yes maybe some of the lenders are illegal and they are doing the wrong thing, but that doesn't make it okay for you to intentionally do the wrong thing. I honestly believe what goes around comes around.
