Now Geneva Roth, US Fast cash and United Cash loans have gone completely quite except for United Cash response to the BBB that my letter was a form letter and completely full of innaccurate info which it was not.

typical MTE response.they are the undisputed ruler of form letters.don't worry about it.did you file AG complaints?if not do so.

I filed and they said they were illegal period. I kept that e-mail for future reference. BBB considered my complaint against United Cash closed even though it really isn't. I am not worried about that though. I won't give in to these crazy people. Geneva Roth offered me a settlement but I didn't agree to it because they were still trying to tack on fees that I don't owe and they wanted 300 a month which I can't do right now. I will pay them but on my terms which they don't like. Those two, MTE and Geneva Roth are incredibly difficult to deal with. The others gave up immediately.

I have geneva roth. Its been about 2 1/2 months since I revoked ach and closed my bank account. Some guy from GR called me 3 or 4 different times and left messages about having a grievance against me on his desk thats not going away etc. Same guy called each time from the same # but sometimes his would say he was with GR sometimes smith haynes and watson and I think there was another one as well. Anyway I have sent them letters that I will only communicate with them in writing so have not spoke with them on the phoneat all. I have'nt heard from them in about a month now I would guess maybe longer. Oh and even though he did at one point claim to be with a law office they never sent me a dunning letter.
