Being harassed by Access Processing.

While at work I received a call from an Indian Gentleman if you want to call him that who proceeded to call my work number several times stating that he is an investigator and they are going to arrest me for fraudulent activity. He called back and called back each time treating one of my co-workers with foul language. He stated that they will have me arrested for a loan I did through Access Processing if I don't pay them $690.00. I told him that I don't have that kind of money. I offered to set up a payment plan he laughed at me and called me some nasty names. Who is Access Processing?

First of all calm down. No one is going to arrest you.
They can not arrest you for defaulting on a loan.
Please let us know what company you loaned from. I googled Access Processing , and really did not find any info. They seem to be a "made up" co. or a PDL trying to collect. Give us more info if you can , and we will help you.
In the mean time dont be scared or worried. Nothing will happen to you. We have all had these kinds of calls, and we are all still here

The guy said his name is Kevin Peterson and he is a Private Invesitigator. He said something about Orlando Florida and me being in trouble with fraud and he was yelling and screaming at me calling me vile names and my co-workers vile names. I live in the state of PA. All I could get out of him is that he is with Access Processing he wouldn't give me any information because I asked for the number of the loan place and he yelled some more calling me a stupid B***h. I am just frazzled by this and I feel so stupid and worried that I am going to get fired because of this idiot. I have a phone number for this Kevin guy too.

I have noticed on google when I looked up the telephone number that a lot of people received calls from this guy threatning them and yelling vile things to them. I believe that this may not be a internet loan collector but a scam artist trying to get money from me. I am so confused what do I do?

Does the gentleman calling have a very strong accent. If so I have received the same calls on my cell number. No calls at work as of yet. They are horrible to try to talk to I actually quit even responding to their calls. What number are they contacting you from? If you go to the BBB website and put in the number it will give you the name of the business that the phone number is actually listed under. The people calling me were telling me they were from a company called united investigations department of law and when i cross referrenced the phone number they come up under something called united federal bank. They will call at all hours of the day if they are the same people. I have gotten calls as early as 5am. It's awful.

Yes 5 am. Not just once but several times. And the couple of times I did speak, or attempt to speak with the gentleman calling, he wouldn't let me talk and kept yelling and treatening to arrest me at work. He was so difficult to understand I almost got to the point to ask if he had someone who spoke English. They are awful to deal with
