When I checked last week the account information was still on there and now there is that message. What do you think that means?

Aren't they backed by the same bank (First Bank of Delaware) who backs cash call? Finally their loan shark practices might be catching up with them. I hope they all run out of money so they can go out of business!!!! :-)

YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! They are EXACTLY like Cash Call!! The HIGH % rate, etc. I heard they were 'going under', too. They no longer have a 'working' website.

Just for fun I called purpose loans today and I said " I am interested in applying for a loan" she said we are no longer taking applications at this time and I said oh how long has this been and she said oh for about 2 weeks now.....I said are you going out of business and she said well ah- we are working on our website at this time........she sounded real scared like she didnt know what to say...funny the web site looks like its running OK for me.... :D had to share.....

I know that the FDIC has been putting pressure on them to stop doing these high interest installment loans.
It does sound like the same situation as Cash Call. The website goes "down for maintenance" and they stop taking applications. I'll see if I can find out anything else.
