We just found a deposit for $250 in our account. We have blocked this person from taking money out to force them to get ahold of us.

I've encountered these people and have not been able to get a hold of them. I don't remember them putting any money in my account but they keep taking out $45.00 sometimes $90.00 out of my paycheck. Are they scam artists? Or what the heck?

Len, you must have taken out a pay day loan. They go under so many different names they are sometimes hard to track. You said they take money out of yiur paycheck, did you mean out of your checking account?

They put in 150 in my checking. Never applied for anything with them. I closed the account they were debiting from and switched banks, so now they don't have my information any more. they Debited 45 so I guess I owe them (whoever they are) 105. But, I never asked for anything to begin with.........so what should I do?

I have actually received a loan from them that I applied for and they debited it correctly from my account with no problems. You might also want to try phone # 1-866-287-9011 and fax# 1-866-202-4634, it is one of their affiliates.(VC Funding, Inc.) Good Luck!

I am dealing with them right now..this is the phone # I have from their emails.. 1-(800)496-8958 FAx 1-(800)496-3079 ..They will not give you an address cause they said they all kinds of business in the building so it is hard to give one out..which is a bunch of bull****..Look them up on the BBB website..you should read the complaints.. i am going through those dumba**** right now every other day so far they have pulled money out of my account. they said it was a payment once a month till i call them to pay it off and they just keep on enjoying my hard earned cash!!!

These people have been calling me at work and on my phone and my parents phone. They say i owe then momey from a year and a half ago but i am not allowed to recieve a bill in the mail from them. i HAVE to pay them with a credit/debit card. even telling me to get a pre-paid visa from wal-mart to pay them. they wont even send any info to the cops that have talked to them. watch out for them, they get all kinds of info on people even SSN#. be careful!

I received a call from a Mark Johnson claiming to be with the U.S. Financial Crime Intervention Dept. (903)841-5171. Claimed I took a loan from EME Marketing LLC ( epayday) and they were pressing charges for fraud if I didn't take care of it right then. After checking my bank statements called him back and very aggressively told him I wanted to press charges on EME for fraud and sue for stress, he hung up on me. Called EME they say they have no record of an account and don't know this person, yet he had all my information and theirs.

Recently, I found the number you listed of 215-253-4083 to be correct. However, they answer the phone (if I understood correctly) as BJ Marketing. They said the company I am referring to is E-pay loan (not e-payday-loan since that is a completely different company). However, I currently am trying to reach them and now I don't get an answewr at 215-253-4083. Does anyone know a correct phone number for E-pay loan (not e-payday-loan)?
