So I finally got my Ameriloan pdl all cleared, logged into my Ameriloan account and it says paid in full. Now my only problem is Mobiloans. Sent letters to them with no reply but now when I log into my account it says "Your account is seriously past due. Please contact our Account Services Department at 877-891-7854 or by email at accountservices@mobiloans.com". But its shows a 0 balance, should I consider that pif or should I still persue it.

Mobiloans is an illegal payday loan company. Have you paid back the principal amount? If yes, then you can stop pursuing them.

Yeah...Mobiloans is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. If you have already paid them the borrowed amount, then don’t pay them an extra dime. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

to both above me.the OP did close their account already!now i would still dog mobileloans as until you get a PIF it isn't PIF.do not call their idiots they call cust service.send your original letter to that email you have.a zero balance on their site really means nothing until again it shows PIF.

Thanks for all the advice, I recently received this PIF letter from Mobiloans.

Dear Cassandra,

Your correspondence has been directed to me for review.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your Mobiloans Line of Credit. After reviewing your account history, we are willing to consider the account paid in full and will close your account from further activity.

To answer your questions regarding the legality of this loan, your Account Agreement indicates that your Account is governed by the laws of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana, (the “Tribe”) a sovereign nation recognized by the United States of America. As such, the laws of the Tribe permit Mobiloans to offer the Account in accordance with Tribal law.

In addition, Mobiloans, LLC (“Mobiloans”) is organized under the laws of the Tribe, is owned and operated by the Tribe, and operates exclusively on land owned by the Tribe. As such, Mobiloans is an “arm of the Tribe,” and entitled to sovereign immunity and therefore not subject to any state laws.

In any event, pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.
